real estate companies have a website or advertise listings via the
internet. By utilizing this advertising medium buyers can sit in the
comfort of their home and seek out homes for sale in the areas they
are interested in.
The internet
can generate a good deal of leads from people interested in purchasing
a home from all over the state, country and even the world. This
advertising method may be included in your listing agreement as a free
service to you. Be sure to ask your agent!
